Clear advice on water care

The FreshWater Salt System comes as standard with our Utopia range and is available at extra cost on other compatible Caldera models. IQ monitoring is a separate component: we will confirm the equipment and availability for your chosen spa. Explore our FreshWater guide.

Our range also includes Fantasy hot tubs and Endless Pools swim spas. We help you choose a model for your space, discuss installation and understand the care it needs.

Our Riptide focus is servicing and spare parts. Already own a Riptide spa? We provide Riptide servicing and spare-parts support. Contact us with your model and serial number so we can check the help and parts available.
